The renovation of this Victorian town house involved structural alterations and a large rear extension to the ground floor, to create a light and modern open plan kitchen and living area.

The rear extension includes a lantern light and crittall windows and doors.

Refurbishment of all bathrooms was also undertaken and decoration throughout.
